"I was an English teacher in Japan and wanted to increase my knowledge of the language and learn a new subject, tourism and management. I came to The City College because of its good reputation and especially the personal attention students receive from their teachers. There are students from all over the world on my course at The City College, and this makes studying very interesting, especially listening to other points of view. The classes are very lively and I am learning lots about my chosen subject. The staff at the College make the effort to get to know each of the students individually and I know I can ask them for help with anything."
