Accommodation and welfare officers are based in the college to help students find accommodation.

The department has a list of rented accommodation available to students which generally speaking, costs around £45 per week.

Students have access to Financial Contingency and Hardship Funds which are used to help with costs of accommodation, equipment, travel and childcare during their studies. There are also family homes for students preferring to share a home with their meals provided.

All landlords are approved, registered and inspected by the college.
At the agricultural campus in Gelli Aur, there is a residential block on campus. These rooms consist of centrally heated, en-suite single study bedrooms with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair provided. A communal TV room/lounge and launderette is available. Cleaning of communal areas is provided by the College. There is also disabled accommodation available on the first floor, with a controlled voice entry system for visitors.

It is recommended that students ensure their possessions are adequately insured, and Edsleigh Insurance is recommended by the National Union of Students (NUS).
